How it all works

1) Choose which knowledge bases you want to train your model on, whether it be cloud based like notion or confluence, or file based like PDFs and CSV files

2) Passarel then builds your model and it learns using the data and configurations you provided

3) When training is finished, your model is deployed and a link to your model’s chat interface will be available for your team to use

  • They simply type in their questions or topics they're curious about, and Passarel's AI, trained on your company's knowledge bases, provides immediate, context-relevant responses. Whether it’s a common question or specific to their current situation Passarel is there for them.

  • Once your data is digested into a language model, any and all stored data gets deleted from our servers so your data stays yours! We also do not use your data to train any models outside of your specific model.

  • Passarel learns from your documentation so any mistakes there will be transferred to Passarel. It’s important to keep your documentation up to date. However in the future Passarel will have a feature that updates the model automatically with new info.
